I believe that life is a balancing act. People seek balance in their relationships, in happy versus sad days, in work time and home life, and in the influence of the past versus looking toward the future. I think that balance looks different to everyone, but we know it when we have it and miss it when it's gone. As a therapist, I work with my
clients to help them find their own balance. I approach each person as an individual with individual needs and goals. While I often use DBT informed treatment, I recognize that no one theory or therapy will solve the problems of every client. I aim to assist the individuals I work with to feel confident and capable when facing life's challenges.
